A2B-35 minute: Toning Class: This is Low-Impact HITT workout that target all muscle groups. No weights/No floor exercise. Items needed are free weights/ a bottle of water/towel.
- A2B -One-on- One Personal Training Sessions: This class is designed with you in mind. These classes will be with the Professional Fitnez Transformation Coach. The first thing you will need to do is schedule a fitness consultation. After the initial consultation, I will put a workout program together detail to your special needs to meet your goals.
- A2B- Young ladies Boot Camp: The class is designed to help girls ages 15-21 years of age learn the importance of taking care of their physical needs and introduce them to making more healthy nutritional benefits. All while participating in Low/High intensity Interval training and Body weight training.
- A2B-Online Virtual Training: The online virtual training offer workouts and nutritional tips on the go for busy people who can workout at their convenience. offering personalize workout and meal plans to help clients reach their goals while on the move.
